Critter Cam--Cookie the Watermelon Monster

Cookie learned to jump through a hula hoop for watermelon. I suspect she'd jump through a flaming hula hoop if there was a piece of watermelon on the other side. She has no interest in dog biscuits, however, I suspect she'd walk a mile over broken glass for a chunk o' juicy goodness.

Yup...she's a little weird...

What about you? What weird stuff do your critters do that make you laugh? Feel free to post a link here, so we can all see your BFF's (Best Furry Friends)

Too funny! I didn't even know dogs liked watermelon.

That is too funny! Our dog loves dog biscuits and all kind of people food, but she won't eat watermelon.

This is adorable-I have a kitty that goes crazy for chicken-she can smell it before it is out of the oven.

The watermelon eating is too cute!
Both of our dogs would walk across the glass for pepperoni and can hear when anyone even just moves the bag in the fridge. One of our dogs loves cantaloupe. That same dog will eat corn on the cob, neatly going back and forth along a row of kernels while someone holding it for him

That is awesome! My cats only have the taste for tuna. I barely start to open the can (manually) and they are at my feet! My dog Gunnar (who is no longer with us) had an insatiable appetite for carrots! :) She was part German Shepherd and part coyote. No idea where the vegan came from. :)

How funny that Cookie loves watermelon, but not dog biscuits! I had a dog once who loved carrots, but she would just chew on them, not actually eat them. I'd give her one every now and again because it made her so happy, then I'd have to clean up shredded carrot everywhere! The things we do for our furbabies! *L*

I have a cat who thinks he is a dog. He is the alpha to my 2 shelties too..when we feed them he gets there first and they sit and wait for him to finish...when we call Stripey he comes like a dog does...he is really a weird cat! Right now he is in his favorite sleeping position...sprawled on his back, all limbs in the air sleeping! LOL
